T hey start liking the sudden guest from nowhere for th e be auty of the free existence . A policem an comes and the dreams of f reedom va nish. A bar rage b alloon app ears unexpectedly over a Bulgarian village. The startled villag ers decide to knock it down with a fusillade. But the balloon flies off to the mountains. The village rs, armed to the ir teeth, se t off after it. But they are not alone in this undertaking. There is another armed group that cha ses the 'wonder'. An argument who se proper ty t he ball oon is brea ks out be twee n the two groups. It turns out that the balloon flew f rom Romania over the Danube River. In the turmoil foll owin g the argument, the b alloon is dest royed. The police arrive and pu nish the villagers for m eddling in oth er people' s affairs
