The body was found by his son-in-law Peter Rhodes, a local an tiques dealer and the v ictim's wife was in London. Whe n Fallon's do ctor advises M orse that Henry didn' t have th e physical capability to hold a gun to his head, the police realize the y may ha ve a murder on their hands. W hen the poli ce are told that the business ar rangement between Fallon and Rhod es had fal len apart , they a lso have a suspect.
