The Crystal Gems are Garne t, Amethyst, Pearl and Ste ven, a young h alf-human, half-Gem boy who inh erited his gemstone from his mother, the Gems' former leader Rose Quartz. As Steven trie s to figure out his p owers, he s pends his days w ith his hum an father Greg, his friend Conni e, other people in Beach City, or the other Gems, whether to help them sa ve the world or ju st to hang o ut.
