Dim witted Dong-chu l (Kim Myeong-kon) roams the stree ts of downtown Seoul wearin g the clo thes and w atch left behind by a film director (Lee Jang-ho) w ho committed suicide. One day, he s ees a pretty college studen t named Hy e-yo ung (Lee Bo-hee). He conspires wi th aut o mechanic Yuk-deok (Lee Hee-seong) to kidnap her , only to disc over that she is n ot a c ollege student but a p rostitute. After the taxi Yuk-deo k snuck out of the shop is st olen, he and Dong-c hul star ve for a w hile, then manage to earn their meals by run ning errands in the red li ght dis trict w here Hye-young lives. But they are kicked out agai n whe n they are caught trying to help a new girl from th e country escape. Hye-y oung sets ou t after Dong-chul and Yuk-deok, and the three o f them en joy a pleasa nt time at a seaside resort befo re Hye -young goes on h er way. While w orkin g as waiters at a saloon in Seoul, Dong-chul a nd Yuk-de ok run into Hy e-young, who is there a s a companion for one of the guests.
